‘Eggciting’ find: Woman finds perfectly round egg in carton that is apparently ‘one in a billion’

Jacqueline Felgate, an Australian journalist, said she received the egg from one of her followers.

A lot of people are fond of eating eggs for breakfast and usually don’t expect their eggs to be anything other than being oval shaped. However, a woman took to Instagram to share a video of a perfectly round egg.

Jacqueline Felgate, an Australian journalist, said she received the egg from one of her followers. The egg was purchased from Woolworths Fishermans Bend in Melbourne. The possibility of finding a round egg is one in a billion, she claimed and the last round egg was apparently sold for a whopping $1400, the post said.

“From a follower. Not my egg. This is so random, but I thought I would share this eggcellent find – in our egg carton we found a round egg, and after a quick google realised it was 1in a billion, literally 1 in a billion eggs are round and the last one that was found sold for over $1400!!! – (purchased at fisherman’s bend Woolies),” Felgate captioned the video.
